SSO Access forbidden

Hello,

We have been using the SAML authentication scheme for the last 2 years and it has always worked. Since this morning, we have the following error :

You are not authorized to access this application. Forbidden (403) - The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it

We did not change the configuration on our side. Any idea why it would do that?

Hi Daniel,

Could please verify configuration settings that you were done previously.
It would be better, if you provide configuration related screenshot so that we can assist to you on this issue.

     I was able to fix the issue. The problem was linked to an expired certificate.
