Error while creating the user

Hello Team,

We are getting the error while creating the new user.

The user id is like "......@externals.adidas-group.com".

The user id is not yet the user of RMP.

Hi Sagar,

Could you please check once again an user  associated with email has already trail account or not? 
And also verfiy that email id is in proper format.

It would be grateful,if you can share error details.

Hello Ghanshyam,

The user does not have any ohter RMP account. And the mail-id is also in the correct format.

On your end could it be possible to check for that mail id is there any account.

Good morning Sagar,
If a user creates a Trial Account, he cannot use the same email on a different Account.
So, if some users are creating trial accounts themselves, the issue may happen again in the future;
