Hello,

I am trying to retrieve the person who is currently logged in. Normally I would use ${P_connected_user.login} in an initialized text input, but this screen gets looped multiple times through a few people. The text input would only store the first persons login.

Is there a way I can dynamically grab the logged in person via javascript or RMP function?

Hi Travis,

You can populated the connected user's login using below code in JS widget (Check "Always execute"), more details can be found in here.

id_logged_user.setText("${P_connected_user.login}");

Good Morning,
We can suggest you to build a Composite API (CAPI) that is started during screen initialization and get the connected user.
In the return code of your CAPI, you can set the variable.
If you have any other question, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Regards,
Richard
