Hello,

Are there someone can help ?

We developed an application for a POC, before pass the environment to customer, we deleted all process report on IDE, we can see that My task and Webinterface report are empty. However, the number of counts on Task Basket is not 0.
Task Basket shows pending tasks but when I click on the icon, it does not display anything on the table.

I also deleted all users on an account and added new users which will be used by clients. but the counter of Task basket still shows figures, the figures are various depends on different roles.

If we delete all roles, then we need to change all places refers in the application, it is not a practical way, are there someone have a good idea ?

Best Regards
Alice

Hi Alice,

It seems some process instances are running due to which Task Basket count is not 0.
I have a query by writting "deleted all process report on IDE", did you delete the procee report ot the process Instances?, as deleting the process report, it only delete the report, and do not affect the running process instance

If Task Basket count is not 0, it means some process instances are running.

For deleting the process instances, create a process report with "waiting" checkbox selected, and delete the instances.

Let me know if you face any issue in deleting the running process instances.

Thanks & regards,
Pankaj Kumar

Hi Pankaj,

Thank you very much for your quick response and feedback.
I didn't know that process report and process instance are not equivalent.
Before I deleted all process report, there were over 20 tasks. After deleting all process report there are several tasks remaining.
Doesn't it mean that some process instances were killed?

Thanks to your suggestion, I followed your instruction, and find one process instance remaining after clicking on "waiting". However, it didn't reflect the number of tasks on Task Basket.Still same number.
Maybe, this is because the instance I killed was in Test mode but I'm basically running the Application on Live mode. The Task Basket distinguishes modes right?

Just for information, I have also checked feed inside the process report but I didn't find any pending or completed tasks remaining.

Thank you,

Best regards,

Alice

Hi Alice,

Yes,the Task Basket distinguishes modes.Since your application is in live mode, you have to delete all process reports and instances from live mode.

Hope this helps you.

Thanks and Regards,
Sweta

Hi Sweta

The problem on deleting process instance remains unsolved.

I have deleted all process reports and as far as I can see, there is no process instance remaining on all modes.
Already tested with “waiting”, “completed”, “aborted” and “cancelled” checkboxes on process report.
It’s funny isn’t it?

Since the apps runs on the trial account, there is no other project’s instance running.

All I know is that the number of pending tasks vary depends on who to login with. The pending tasks, completed tasks vary by role.
Even though the Task Basket shows the number, when I click on “show all” check box, nothing appears.

Please let me know if you have any other suggestions.

Best Regards,

Alice
