upload imagen use with api

Our commercials upload an image from a web interface, I have verified that that image is uploaded to the files section of the project. But could from an application our local in for example node.js. Download somehow that image and for example use it in an html document?

As per my understanding you are uploading a image from file widget onto web interface.So this image you want to use it in your html document.

If you want to upload a file on RMP portal, and use it in other code then, you can use it by image id or image URL. Please correct me if I misunderstood?
