Task without link

For some users appear task as pending on pending task list but when trying to access some task dont have url_task how can I delete this task?

Are you using the default RunMyProcess "basket" task list or you built a custom report?
Could you also share some screenshots with us?

I am use the default RunMyProcess basket task list, in the first image the user cant select the mark item.

This thing happend when edit the process and reasign the task or step back.

Hi,

Could you try clearing the browser cache and access the task basket with a fresh login.
Please share the results with a latest screenshot.

I clear the browser cache as you request but dont fix the issue, at this moment the users have a lot of fake pending task .
