Process Reports Performance

Hello -

I am curious why creating a process report is taking so long. I frequently get the message "Error loading console" and then have to try again one or more times.

Is there anything I can do to make it work faster?

Hello Michael, 

Try to filter on your process report (date field - top right of the report), the status.
Do you have the 'Only for current project' ticked? If not it will take longer for the report to respond.

I don't see a checkbox for "Only for current project", but if I select a process, it does return results much more quickly.

Of course you need to select a process, otherwise the report will load all of the instances of all processes on the account (if the 'Only for current project' is not ticked), or all of the instances of all processes of the current project (if it's ticked).
You can find it next to the Search results button.
