I would like to create a cancel button that shows up on any web interface, but only if the administrator is logged in.

I want to cancel button to stop/cancel the process.

Please advise

Hi Alecia,

In order to do that, you can use two different pieces of code in the visibility rule of your Cancel button :
${P_connected_user.login} == "email_address_of_the_admin"
OR
${has_right("id_of_the_role_containing_the_admin")}

Regards,

Gareth.

HI,

I used: ${P_connected_user.login} == "sa...@niceshirt.org" in the visibility script of the "cancel button' but the button is still showing up when it's not sales@ looking at the form.

I also tried ${has_right("id_of_the_role_containing_the_admin")} and the same thing happens.

Is there something I'm missing?

You must add up double quotes framing ${} :

"${P_connected_user.login}" == "sa...@niceshirt.org"

Thank you.  I love when it's small fixes like that :)
