Hi Team,

I would like to ask that Can we set visibility of each tab in the tab widget for particular screens in our web interface.

I have tried the same but when I set the visibility of tab it gets set to the whole web-interface not to the particular screen in that web-interface.

Best Regards,
Sagar

Hi

The only possibility in order to have this behaviour is to set a Visibility rule based on the screen.
If you want to do that, you can create a variable who will stock the name (or something like that) of the screen (myscreen==screen1). In the visibility rule, if you add "[[myscreen]]"=="screen1" it should work.

Best regards / Cordialement

Hi Fabien,

Thanks for your reply.

I understood what you want to say.

If we take all screen names in variables, then for comparison we need to know the current screen executing at that instance of time.

Can you suggest how can we find current executing screen.

Regards,
Sagar

I don't know if it is the better way but you can, for each screen, activates an "input text widget" where you define this variable.

Hi Team,

We can do this by using has_right(), based on user roles. But in my process visibility of tabs will depends on the progress of process. At two different time instances same user role will have access to different tabs.

Sagar

Hi,

Maybe I didn't understand your question fully, but if you have complex control requirements, you can do it using JS.

Best regards,

Taka
