I have one applicantion in production, and the basket don't show the real number of pending tasks. For example in basket show 2 pending tasks and when I open, there is nothing to show.
Help me please.

Good Morning,
You should wait the basket refreshing (it can take 3 or 5 minutes).
If you have just generated the tasks, it is normal.
Regards,
Richard

Hi.
I didn't understand what you said: "If you have just generated the tasks, it is normal"

But the problem is that is not a question of time, because it is in this situation during days. I already delete all processes that I created, and since appear the number "0", appear always, "1" or "2" in number of pending tasks. Help me please.

Good Morning SIR,
Please make a webinterface report on your project with filter "Assigned To" equals "connected user";
You should have some interfaces that are still related to deleted instances.
Best Regards,
Richard

Good Morning SIR,
Thank you for your quick response.

Please  follow the next steps:

-> Create a Web Interface report (your screenshot is process report, IT IS NOT Web interface report).

-> Put the filter "Assigned to": "Connected User".

After that, you will see the number of tasks you have in the basket.

Regards,

Richard

Good Morning SIR.
The basket is global to the account.
Please check all the other projects where you deleted LIVE instances.
Make Web Interface Reports and again,  delete instances that are related to deleted processes.
If you want your basket to work correctly, you should clean your Account.
Regards,
Richard

At the moment I haven't other projects, because I deleted a few month ago, so what I should do? How I can clean the account?

Good Morning SIR,
Please could you logout and login and open again the application?
The basket should have the right number now.
I am waiting for your feedback,

Regards,

Richard

Hi Richard.
When I click on my application link, appears one window to put the login details. After that, I put the details of one user of application and acceed without problems in my application. After that the state change, and I want change for another user, so I click one red button, to logout of application, and it redirects me to login page of RMP. But withou put the details of another user, I try copy and paste my link application to browser and open again, and the result should be again the login page of RMP, but no, appear the application with other user logged in, and I didn't nothing. Other times, I put the details of other user, and the application stay in previous user. I need to logout (click on red button) more than one time, to system recognize my action. I send the screenshots in attachments. Can you help me?

Good Morning SIR,
Please could you tell me the type of browser you are using (IE, Chrome, Firefox...)
Also, is it possible for you to test with another browser and tell me if you have the same behavior?

Regards,

Richard

Hi Richard.
Sometimes work other time not work. If I login with one user, and after login logout immediately, often works fine. But if I have action in process, sometimes, it stay in last login, and not enter in the new user that I want.
I saw that, for default, it put the first login, that is the first user of application.
I tested in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and the behavior was the same.

Good Morning SIR,
Please in both cases, make an alert of the total variable.
In your javascript, please add :

alert(my_total);

This will help you to understand if the issue is your javascript code or the value visualization.

Best Regards,

Richard
