Public web interface

Hi,

I need a anonymous user can to participate in a process.
I have seen is necessary put on like public web interface, but I can´t change it because is disabled

Haow can I change it? How can I to do for my anosymous user see the process??

Hi,

To get "Public" option on web interface which can be accessed by anonymous user you need "Usage based accounts". It is not available for "User based" pricing accounts.
