Hi there.

I have set up a project specifically to hold css files and generic javascripts.

My idea is to allow developers to import this project into their own and set the stylesheet to their web-interfaces.

To support all kinds of projects I have released the css project in Production, Acceptance and Test, where the test version is set to Keep Updated in order to be able to keep improving the css, while not affecting things that have been already released.

But I have noticed that changes I do in the css still affect Production and Acceptance. Which worries me as working on the css usually aren't all that pretty and may require changes in the importing projects as well.

Have I done something wrong? Is there a guide for a similar situation anywhere? What is odd is that the javascripts doesn't update, only the css's?

Regards
Svensson, Peter

Hi Svensson,

You have checked "keep updated" checkbox due to which the changes you made is reflecting in "LIVE" and "Acceptence" mode. Kindly create a new version keeping unchecked above checkbox. This way version will not be impacted on changes. By  unchecked "keep updated" checkbox, you can make any changes in project, it will auto reflected in "Test" mode to keep developing/enhancing project while keeping "Live" version not impacted.

Please refer to below link for more understanding on versions:-

Thank you,

Hi there.

Ah, I was unaware that it would update other versions than just itself.
Thank you for clarifying :)
