Update RESOLVED: Update from Merit: "Merit engineering has confirmed this issue was due to an interface flap on the peering between Merit and AT&T. The interface and traffic has been restored."

Description: Please be advised a routing issue between Merit and external ISPs caused network issues for DIISD and MARESA.
Member Impact: DIISD and MARESA Districts
Services Impact: All Network and Voice
Comment: Routes to DIISD and MARESA were dying in Chicago, from external ISPs. While the issue appears to be resolved, REMC1 will pass along additional information as to the cause as soon as we know more.
