Description: Charter/Spectrum internal network device software update maintenance
Member Impact: All GOISD school districts and entities connected through GOISD school districts
Services Impact: Internet, All REMC1 Services including Voice Service
Comment: Charter/Spectrum will be doing software update maintenance on each of their devices in the GOISD region.
Each individual site should only experience a thirty (30) minute outage within the 12-6AM window as devices are updated and rebooted.
