Update 3 RESOLVED: Charter Spectrum has informed us the the fiber break has been repaired and services have been restored. Inbound calling should now function properly.
Update 2: Charter Spectrum, one of our voice service providers has confirmed a fiber cut is affecting inbound calling. Charter is working on the issue, however they do not have an estimated time of repair.
Update 1: REMC1 has identified issues with some incoming calls to agencies utilizing REMC1 voice services. Some incoming calls will fail, however outgoing calls will not be affected. 911 calls will also be unaffected. We are reaching out to one of our service providers for more information.

Comment: This service issue is known to affect Verizon and Charter Spectrum voice services. More providers may be affected as well. This issue is not specific to REMC1 members. Call routing is affected, meaning that some calls may succeed while others do not. REMC1 is obtaining information from multiple sources so we will update if we hear anything further.
