Welcome to the Rdio Android Beta Group. Here you can get access to pre-release versions of the Rdio for Android app.

Please Note: The beta app only supports Android 4.0+, Honeycomb (3.x) and Gingerbread (2.3.x) are no longer supported.

Remember to click https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.rdio.android.ui to opt-in to the beta group and install the build

Bug reporting:

If you encounter a bug, please send in a log when possible. To do so, go to help from the side navigation menu, scroll to the bottom and select the "submit log" button. Enter a brief description of the bug and click OK.

These logs help tremendously in troubleshooting bugs and help us get fixes out to you as quickly as possible.

IMPORTANT:

This is beta software. As such, it may crash or otherwise behave incorrectly. If you wish to downgrade back to the Google Play version, you have to uninstall the beta version (you will have to re-download your offline music).

NEW BETA APP AVAILABLE!

While you’re helping us test our Google Play beta, we’d like your further help in testing an all-new Rdio app. This new beta is rebuilt from the ground up, using the latest and greatest from Android. Our goal is to improve stability, performance, and experience. We’re excited for you to be the first to try it out!

There are a few important things to keep in mind as you start exploring:

This is a very early build of the new Rdio app, so you’ll notice many features missing. They will be added over time to bring the app up to feature parity with the shipping Google Play app.

We’d very much appreciate it if you could test out the features that are there, and report on stability/usability.

We’d still like you to continue to test the Google Play beta as well. And it is possible to run both apps on your Android device. This new beta will install as “Rdio Beta.”
