we’d like to invite you to our next regular OAT meeting which will take place on 7th of June 2022 starting from 3 pm CEST.

The following meetings will be held on a regular schedule on every 1st Tuesday, 3 – 4 pm CE(S)T in even months.

Hi Manuel,
you set a change of the timezone in October in your invitation. This
will not do since that conflicts with Opencast's Technical Meeting
which is every Tuesday at 3pm UTC.

Either we stay at 2pm UTC throughout the year, or there needs to be a
different meeting place. Room 2, for example, is free at that time. But
scheduling it then will also likely mean that no Opencast developers
will join.

Hi Lars,

thanks for getting back. As far as I know technical meetings are scheduled at 3.15 pm UTC.

The OAT Meeting is scheduled 3pm CE(S)T [Europe/Berlin], so this means:
3-4pm CEST = 1-2 pm UTC
3-4pm CET = 2-3 pm UTC

So there should be no conflict in summer and winter, or did I miss something?

Or is the previously attached iCalendar reflecting that incorrect, then that would be a mistake? We might want to add it to the opencast calendar with fixed 3 pm [Europe/Berlin] timezone.

you are absolutely right. I must have converted the timezone
incorrectly in my head. The meeting will be an hour ahead of the
Technical meeting. Sorry for the confusion.
