Hi Yasser,
All I can do here is offer sympathy. MailChimp is not fun to work with and the campaign builder is virtually unusable with a screen reader.
Sadly, I can neither offer any tips on how to get MailChimp going with NVDA, nor offer suggestions of alternative services. In my experience, they are all much of a muchness, and not for the better.
If you are prepared to go down the self-hosted route and spin up a VPS, there is Sendy, which we use at the Braillists and which works well. Even then though, we had to script a fair amount of it as it didn't do exactly what we wanted out of the box.
HTH,
Matthew

Hi.
You can also install sendy on shared hosting, you don't necessarily need a VPS for it to work. What I'm not keen on is if the sendy registration system is offline, it prevents you from logging in. Last year, their servers were offline for around 24 hours and because the software couldn't phone home, we couldn't log in because it couldn't verify if our registration code was valid. So we switched to PHP list which you can also use on shared hosting and it's working extremely well. It's open source, and has support for markdown, wysiwyg and raw HTML code as well. They also offer a hosted version and you're not paying a penny for it unless you count the cost of shared hosting of course.
Cheers,
Mo.
