DESE Update March 9th RE: in-person learning

On March 9th, MA DESE released new guidelines on a full return to in-person learning. For more information, see Commissioner Jeff Riley’s “On the Desktop” notice and new guidance on implementing in-person learning  Grades K-5 will be fully in person 5 days a week starting on April 5th. The regulations will allow NAPS to continue offering our On-Line Academy (OLA) for the remainder of the school year, but will eliminate any hybrid options as Elementary, Middle School and High School are phased in. More detailed information will be shared by principals as plans develop. At the March 18th School Committee Meeting, we will be providing updates on grades K-5 and updates on NAMS & NAHS.
