Firefox 138 DLP Support

In Firefox 138, we're adding support for the Content Analysis SDK which allows DLP software to integrate into Firefox in a much safer manner.

If you use DLP, you should encourage your provider to use it. A couple already plan to.

From the hacks.mozilla.org page:
Firefox will only enable the Content Analysis SDK in
configurations where a Firefox Enterprise Policy is used.

My recollection is not all enterprises on this list use policies
so I am pointing out the above.

True, but the DLP has to be configured, so you would need something.

 You can use a simple polices.json for that.
