All,

This failed workflow is related to and caused by downtime of Meshery’s remote provider, which had a downtime incident occur yesterday. See the service status page for incident history - http://service.layer5.io. Cloud services have been restored.

This workflow, “Add Cloud Native Catalog Item” has been manually re-run and in back in working order with no residual issue caused by the original workflow failure.

Incident: Service outage related to enhanced subscription plan entitlement tracking

Details:

Resolved -  Rollout of an enhancement to entitlement tracking for subscription plan features in Cloud v0.8.209 included an unhandled exception in its data migration initialization routine, causing the Cloud service to go offline.

A rollback of this enhancement was enacted with Cloud services fully restored in Cloud v0.8.210. The data migration routine was updated and exception handled in rollout of Cloud v0.8.211. All services operational.
