EVENT: Marathon traffic Saturday [UHF,DMR]

The RATS 442.55 and MRA 145.43 repeaters, along with the DMR Richmond Metro talkgroup, will be in use by communications volunteers supporting the Sports Backers Richmond Marathon on November 15.  Radio chatter will begin in the early morning hours and will continue until shortly after the marathon concludes.

Amateurs not participating as comms volunteers are asked to keep clear of these channels Saturday morning and early afternoon.  Additionally, users of the Richmond and Petersburg DMRVA repeaters are asked to avoid the other timeslot 1 talkgroups (TAC A, TAC B, VA regionals).  Virginia Statewide and HEARS Link may be used normally.
