The idea of the document was to give an overview what we think might be
possible topics. I am not sure it makes sense to discuss things there.
But I also do not have a better idea. I am mainly worried if ideas might
get lost when using this document.

My hope was that each of the topics might be taken on by a different
group and including specific comments there would make sense.

As I said, I can change it to allow comments, but I am not sure it is
the right place, yet.
