quick email list housekeeping update

Hey everyone, beautiful stretch of weather we're enjoying. Let's hope we've got breeze next weekend for Bacardi Cup!

I'm going to condense us down from 2 email lists to 1. The original idea was to have a fleet comms list for racing opportunities, as well as a bulletin board list for crew wanted/available, practice coordination, etc. I was worried the bulletin board might get too noisy for some, but that hasn't been the case. 

We'll now use this list (fleet...@j70miami.org) for everything, and anyone is welcome to email (though it'll remain moderated to cut out on spam).
