Hi Raphael,

The initial condition thingy is more for QSP or SB models. You can avoid the use of ICs by defining in the model (example):

Ac(0) = amountAtTime0

and define  amountAtTime0 as parameter. Then you can use the event table sim by setting parameters that will be used as ICs.

I'm looking to simulate virtual population using eventTable argument but would need to specify initial condition (predose positive levels in the central compartment coming from another formulation of the same drug).
When trying I got the following error message:

Error: When using eventTable as input argument, the IC input argument can not be defined.

Is there any trick to solve that issue?
