Good morning, sorry to be bother but i was
trying to install the PAPI for one of my university project and i always get the following error:
checking for timer_create and timer_*ettime symbols in -lrt -lpthread... configure: error: cannot find timer_create
and timer_*ettime symbols neither in the base system libraries nor in -lrt, nor in -lrt -lpthread
I google it and I didn't find anything but just a forum that someone said to contact the company. Thanks for your time!

Hello,
Besides not supporting timer_create() and the other POSIX realtime
timers, MacOS does not export counters that PAPI can read. It would be
best if you looked for a Linux system for your project.
