Not receiving account verification email

Hi,

I registered for an account but was unable to log into connectomeDB because I am not receiving the verification email.

Could you help me with this?

Hi Kep Kee,

We have been having intermittent problems with the registration process on ConnectomeDB. However, I was just able to register for a new account and did receive a verification email. It may be that something was reset in the system overnight. Could you please try again to register? Reply to this email to confirm or update.

Hi Jenn,

I am not able to register again because I had done the registration with the same email address before. It seems like my registration worked because when I logged in, I come to a page asking me to verify my email and that is where I am stuck because I clicked on resend verification email and did not receive anything.

Hi Kep Kee,
You may need to use a different username (maybe append "1" on the end of the one you tried to register before). It works to use the same email address so that shouldn't be the problem.

If you find it still doesn't work we can try to get it working off the list.

Hi Jenn,

I have just tried to register for a new account using my same email address. The registration seems to be working and I got a screen telling me I will receive a verification email. Again, I am not receiving it for some reason.

Is there another way to do this?

I've verified your kepkee account with e-mail address kep...@nus.edu.sg, so you should be able to log in with that one now.
