November 2, 2016 Special Planning Commission Work Session and Regular Meeting Agendas

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGED MEETING TIME.  

Attached please find the PDF agendas for the upcoming November 2, 2016 work session and regular meetings. 

The work session will begin at 5:00 pm in Conference Room 1-B of City Hall.

The regular meeting will begin at 6 pm in the Council Chambers and will include presentation and public input on the Parking and Landscaping, Screening, and Tree Preservation requirements that are part of Segment 4 as shown on the Presentation Outline attached to the Staff Report for Case #16-110.

Following public input on these requirements the Commission will proceed to discuss potential changes to the four sections of UDC regulations presented within this Segment.  No additional Segments shown on the Presentation Outline will be discussed at this hearing.
