Create stack issues found

Hi all,

I found a couple things while using the Create Stack wizard that I wanted to point out.:

1. Parameters tab: After completing the General tab, I am taken to the parameters tab where all the information I want is pre-populated but the button to Create stack is greyed out:

The only way to get this button to light up so I can click on it, is to go back to the General tab and then click Next or click Parameters again (toggle between General and Parameters tabs).

2. Stack details page: Actions menu does not do anything. At first, I thought it was because I was in the Create in progress state, so I waited until the state changed to Create complete. However, the Actions menu still did not open.

These may already be known issues, or you are working on it.. But nevertheless, please let me know if they are legitimate bugs so I can write tickets for them!

I was creating stacks this morning to test out some other code on the detail page. There must be special circumstances that cause the create button to be grey'd out. Can you provide a little more detail? I will try doing things differently than I normally do to try to reproduce that.

The action menu is a known issue, though not sure if it's documented. At some point, the content on all detail pages got moved up so that it mostly overlaps the action button. If you click around the upper or right edge, the menu should appear. I'll write this one up now.
