clang@ spam

Hi,

as you've likely notices, we got a couple hundred spam messages sent to clang@ in the last two days.

binary-size@ [1] and gn-dev@ [2] had similar problems recently.

I've for now changed it so that only members are allowed to post, and new members have to be approved by moderators. I've also deleted all spam emails in the archives.

It's possible that there will be too many automated requests, in which case you can email me directly and I'll add you as a member.

If the spam stops at some point, we can make the group settings less restrictive again.
