recent spam on the list

Hi all,

In response to the barrage of spam on the list from today, I have changed the posting policies to only allow (non-moderated) posting from members. Non-members can still post messages, they'll just be moderated.

I also attempted to clean up the list by deleting the several hundred messages. It's possible that I deleted a real message by accident, so if anyone happened to post something today, please re-post it for the archive (I can't undelete things).
