Chrome Downloads Bar Theme

I'm trying to create a theme by editing a currently existing one. However, the bar the appears when you download something has a problem. Both the bar and text on it are white, so I can't see anything - it's really annoying. I want to change either of the colours by editing the manifest.json file, but I don;t know which numbers to change.

Could someone help me?

I have also attached the manifest.json file if anyone wants to go through it.

Yes, I did find that, but I also found this very helpful google docs:

Although it is old, it is still mostly applicable to the current version of chrome as well.
