Netflix stopped working on Chromium

Recently I found Netflix stopped working in Chromium. Error message is:

This title is not available to watch instantly. Please try another title. 1044

Error Code: M7121-1331

Both widevine and the proprietary codecs have been enabled through build flags. 

enable_widevine=true

proprietary_codecs=true

What can I do to fix this issue?

Basically, this is up to Netflix, and this was never supported in the first place.
