I was trying yesteday to upload a CL and git cl upload was complaining
due to a HTTP 404 to metadata.google.internal. I checked the
depot_tools code and ended up defining the environment variable
SKIP_GCE_AUTH_FOR_GIT in order to force git cookies authentication.
Is this a known issue? Am I missing anything?
