My extension was plagiarized and removed from Chrome Web Store without any notice, no email, no call, Nothing

I have a chrome extension named "豆瓣の豆皮" been removed from web store yesterday. and I haven't got any notice, no email no call. 

meanwhile, there is another extension which plagiarized all of my code, even the description( the description contains my extension's keyword :"豆皮") was still alive in the chrome web store. so if you search "豆皮" now in web store, you will get the plagiarist's extension only. And my original extension? it's just gone

What's wrong with you, Google?!

Thank you Joe, another thing: the plagiarist's extension named "豆瓣全能下载" is still alive, ID: cccjagpcijbdaahhcnikmpdjfpodpjcd
the guy even copied my extension's description, i think it's very ugly.

and people can get any extension's source code at http://cooal.cn/crx.php
step1:  fill in the extension's ID, and click the button "生 成"
step2: right click on the red characters, choose "link save as" you will get the source zip archive

can you fix this? or you can not prevent the plagiarism happen again
