Custom a command line switches in chromium source

Dear everybody
I try to write a --helloworld command line which write any content into a log file in local window computer but I can not any guide or advise to do that. 
So I really need help from anyone. Thanks @All for read an email.

Find an existing command line switch in the source code and study how
it gets used. Use https://source.chromium.org/chromium, which has
cross-references, to more easily search the code base.
