Constantly flagged for review for no clear reason - please help!

We had a similar experience in the past and had to remove a "bad" word in our Japanese translation see previous thread - http://goo.gl/8ZKLr
Can anyone from the team point us to what's triggering this flagging now so we can fix it, it delays our ability to update users bugs etc.

Unfortunately we are still constantly submitted automatically to pending review.
Any idea what triggers this? This gives us a very hard time updating and fixing bugs etc.

Hi Joe,
Unfortunately we are still experiencing this pending review flagging, for no clear reason - This really hurts and effects our ability to push bug fixes and to time our releases.
Can any one from the team let us know what's triggering this flagging - we would love to fix it a.s.a.p.
Oh and if our latest uploaded version could be reviewed and released soon, many of our users will gratly thank you.

Hi Joe,
Yet again pending review, this update fixes some crucial bugs. Could you please make sure it's reviewed as soon as possible.
The constant pending review situation really gives us a very hard time in publishing bug fixes as well as supporting our users (it always goes out of the "pending" review at weekends)  Can't someone from the team simply point us to what's triggering this review so we can fix it?

It's been 4 days already since this release and we are still under pending review...
This version has a major fix to a bug that brakes functionality and causes real pain to ours users.
Could someone please make sure to release this update.
