+1 count is suddenly decreased!

Why +1 count suddenly decreased and this happens regularly?

Decreased from 2.3k > just 1 within one minute.

Oops - I guess it is because the URL was changed to include the name of the extension/application, but they forgot to keep the original URL for the +1 button.

Thanks Joe, I see +1 counters is corrected, but still doesn't shows the correct values for all apps/ext. listings, and seems this is a "mass phenomenon".

+1 Button generator shows the following values:

It happened again, +1 counter on this page shows 0:

Also, our analytics reports show us that impressions for some extensions is decreased ~50% within last week. 
What's could be wrong?

We're seeing the same thing with our app (well, not all the +1s, but 20 or so):


They disappeared. Then came back. Then disappeared again.

We're still seeing some issues with this, particularly for non-English locales. We're working through this and it should be fixed soon (couple days or so).
