Wunderlinq app does not respond to Multicontroller

Hello / Hallo,

meine WunderLinq App zeigt mit zwar die Daten des Motorrades an, aber der Multicontroller hat keine Funktion.
Ich habe mehrfach versucht, die Bluetooth-Verbindung zu erneutern (meist mit Problemen), scheint aber keinen EInfluss zu haben.

Früher hatte ich oft eine nervige Aufforderung von Android, dass ich die "physikalische Tastatur konfigurieren" soll.
Ich weiß nicht mehr was ich gemacht habe, aber das kommt nicht mehr.

Ich habe auch mal eine Einstellung verändert bzgl. "Keymappings" (oder so). Ich meine das war in der WL-App, aber ich finde das nicht wieder....

My WunderLinq app shows the motorcycle data, but the multicontroller has no function.

I tried to renew the bluetooth connection (with problem) several times, but that doesn`t seem to matter.

In the past I often had a annoying notification from Android that I should "configure the physical keyboard". I don't remember what I did, but it doesn't come anymore.

I also changed a setting regarding "key mappings" (or something like that). I'm struggling in the WL app but find that setting (no more?)...

I just found this post, but I took me some time to find out that "hardware setting" is only available when the bike has ignition ON and bluetooth connection is correctly established !!

So, I found "hardware settings and set it to default - and multicontroller worked again - YEEEHAA!!

Hi Marcus, ich habe Deinen Post aus 2023 gelesen. kannst Du mir die Lösungsschritte noch einmal erklären?

Mein Wunderlinq X ist korrekt per Bluetooth mit einem Android Device gekoppelt. 

Die Bike-Daten werden in der WL-App richtig angezeigt, aber der Multicontroller hat keine Funktion - auch in der kurviger-App kann ich mit dem MultiC. nicht mehr Zoomen.

Vergessen und neu koppeln mit reboot des Tablets/der App etc. ist erfolgt, auch habe ich den Wunderlinq X noch einmal physisch vom BMW Connector getrennt und die Steckverbindung überprüft (alles in Ordnung). 

Nach wie vor keine Funktion des Multicontrollers...

I can not use the multicontroller correctly (1200GSA 2017, Oukitel RT3 Pro -> Android 14, WunderlinQ X). 

I already tried physical disconnect the bmw plug an re-connect again then forget & new pairing the WL-X and Oukitel RT3 Pro and deinstall/install the WL & kurviger-App.

Nothing worked so far. 

I can use the multicontroller to shift left/right through the WL-App-menue but not for up/dpwn scrolling, which is the main problem within the nav-app (kurviger) for zooming in and out of the map during navigation

Any advice?

Hi,
ist jetzt schon ein bisschen her und es geht seither. also hat es wohl geklappt.
Wenn ich meine Posts lese und die, die ich zitiert habe, dann ist wohl für mich wesentlich gewesen, dass man in den Hardware Settings die Keymappings auf Standard setzt. Die HW-Setting scheinen aber nur sichtbar zu sein wenn die Kopplung aktiv mit dem Motorrad verbunden sind UND DIE ZÜNDUNG AN IST.
Evtl. muss man auch die Bluetooth-Verbindung  erneuern, dazu entfernen, HANDY REBOOTEN und dann Kopplung neu einrichten...

It's been a while now, and it's been working ever since. So it must have worked.
Reading my posts and the ones I quoted, it seems that the most important thing for me was to set  under 'hardware settings' the 'key mappings'  to 'default'. 
However, the hardware settings only seem to be visible when the pairing is actively connected to the motorcycle AND THE IGNITION IS ON.
You may also need to renew the Bluetooth connection. To do this, remove it, REBOOT THE PHONE, and then set up the pairing again...
