Wunderlinq stopped responding to the WunderWheel

Hi

I tried forgetting the device in bluetooth settings, restarted the phone, bike.
Tried multiple times. I have nav control set (top left corner of the TFT).

I still get the performance data but no control from the wheel. 

What else to try?

Forgot to mention - I use an iPhone.

Hi Marcin,

I would first try to re-pair the devices by following these steps:
  1. Forget the WunderLINQ pairing under the iOS Bluetooth Settings
  2. Reboot the iOS device
  3. Pair the WunderLINQ under the iOS Bluetooth Settings
  4. Launch the WunderLINQ app and test
If that doesn't work I would verify you did not turn on Custom key mapping under HW Settings and leave them unassigned.

The problem has just a couple with two WunderLINQ devices on vacation also. After a short time, the devices lose the connection to the BMW. NAV can no longer be selected and the LED is dark. After a restart of the machine it goes then again a short time.

This would not be an app problem, we've only seen this will too much weight or leverage hanging off the WunderLINQ, ie. tablets.  If you have contact with them please tell them to reach out to sup...@blackboxembedded.com to troubleshoot.
