It appears that many people, me included, are having bluetooth connections dropping. Are the Wunderlinq engineers working on a solution?John

Hello,
Until yesterday, I thought I was the only one having this problem. When I turn on the ignition, no connection is established between WLQ and the A53. When I select WLQ on the A53 under Bluetooth, the connection is established and I can operate WLQ on the A53 with the left handle. The Bluetooth connection remains active until I start the engine. When I start the engine, the connection is lost and is not reestablished. When I then select WLQ under Bluetooth on the A53, the connection is re-established and remains stable. However, when I stop the engine and start it again, the connection is lost and must be re-established manually.
I noticed that the battery voltage, with the engine not running, is 11.9 volts and is displayed in YELLOW on the WLQ. When the engine is running, I have around 14.X volts. I connected a battery charger and fully charged my battery. When I turned on the ignition again, I had to manually start the connection between WLQ and the A53, but the connection remained when I started the engine. Only when I started the engine again (or the next time, unfortunately I didn't pay attention) did the connection end and had to be restarted manually. Could it be that WLQ has a problem with low voltage?
Due to a lack of alternatives, I have come to terms with the problem and, in conjunction with an A53 and Kurviger.DE, this is still the best solution for me.
Should I also post this text at https://blackboxembedded.com/pages/contact-us?chat or is it sufficient to send an email to SUPPORT?
Kind regards

The Wunderlinq guys sent me a new unit, but my problems persist.
This is the first I've heard of the new version of software. I'll
probably give it a try. At this point it can't hurt to try.

Is there any news here yet? I've been having massive problems with my Wunderlinq and the Bluetooth connection for some time now. When I switch the bike off and then on again, Wunderlinq no longer connects automatically via Bluetooth. I first have to go to the Bluetooth settings on my cell phone and or tap Wunderlinq manually, then the Wunderlinq connects again. This is very annoying.

I had a similar problem with mine. First off, my gps mount on the bike was dead, after replacement everything started working much better. When restarting after shutting the engine off I hit the Bluetooth icon at the top left of the grid screen and it usually reconnect right off.
One thing that has helped me was to install the latest version of
the software, but not from the Play Store. I went to the
Wunderlinq site and downloaded the new version. I think the
developers need to update the software in the Play Store, or at
least let everyone know about it.
I'm using an A7 lite tablet with current software. I've always had issues reconnecting after shutting the engine off and restarting.
I'm betting it's a software issue. The developers replaced my
hardware and the problem continued until I installed the new
version of software. I have only tested it on one ride of about
300 miles. A multi day ride might be different maybe.
I am currently very disappointed with the level of support I have received from Support team and Keith. A few days ago, I contacted the support team directly via the homepage to ask for an explanation of the problem. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a reply. There has also been no response from the support team in this forum.
Is there already experience with alternatives to Wunderlinqq
