DON'T WATCH THE ELECTION RESULTS ALONE!

was listening to the bay area liberal talk radio on my way home from my upteenth covid booster...

They had some Dr./psychologist on. talking about dealing with the election results.

* Don't watch them alone so you can discuss them and not let your emotions run away

* Make sure that what you're reacting to is factual

* Consider not watching at all in real time.

* ..... etc.

Yeah, duh. Don't watch at all. Record it on TiVo and then don't watch it. They are going to drag out the results forever. We all know that we are doomed, anyway.

I just got covalent booster and 1st shingles vax yesterday morning at 9 AM. Now I have a 100.5 degree fever and am going to limit my drinking a little bit.

Ed, I got my bivalent booster, first shingles vaccine, and flu vaccine on Sunday. I understand where you're coming from.

Heh, there were no effects from the second flu shot so it must have been the shingles and pneumonia ones that made my arms hurt.
