Turning auto configure on and off.

I have a situation where I want a CAS build with Multiple authentication strategies bundled but want to turn them on and off via either a profile or property.

An 'enabled' property would be the preferred.

The reason for this is that I want to provide a CAS server at multiple sites with differing needs but don't want to rebuild CAS for each.

Does this make sense?
