What does it take to be a criminal defense attorney in
the 21st century? First you must learn to obey the fol-
lowing set of rules before you can "defend" a criminal:
1) I renounce all faith in God. Anyone who believes in
God is a moron. The best criminal defense attorneys
are completely devoid of ethics. They'll defend any
criminal, regardless of what they have done. Serial
killers, child kidnappers & rapists, sadomasochists,
people who've raped, tortured and murdered helpless
children and brag about it; confessed sodomites and
homosexual perverts--anyone who is entirely immoral,
atheistic, apostate and hateful of all that is good.
Criminal defense attorneys will defend the likes of
Genghis Khan, Adolf Hitler, or any genocidal madman
without the slightest pity or mercy. They viciously
attack the victims and their brokenhearted families
as long as there's money in it. That's what they do.
2) Jesus Christ is a fairy tale concocted by religious
fanatics to brainwash and control the masses. There
isn't an ounce of truth in the entire bible. Anyone
who believes in such fairy tales is mentally insane.
The best criminal defense attorneys are unbelievers.
That's why they hate the ten commandments, and they
hate any reference to God except for names on money.
It's all about money. Anybody who says otherwise is
a liar and a fraud. Criminal defense attorneys love
money and hate God. They love murder, and hate life.
They'll reward the criminals and punish the victims
without conscience or remorse. It's all about money.
3) Virtue has no place in a courtroom. You must reward
murderers and get them out of prison as soon as pos-
sible. Rapists, child molesters, every criminal who
is violent and abusive must be free to continue kil-
ling and kidnapping, raping then murdering children
so that we can make more money defending them again.
We've over-complicated the laws so that we can bend
them at our every venal whim. By finding "loopholes"
in the law, we can get our bloodthirsty clients out
on the streets as quickly as possible. By promoting
violent crime, especially against children, we make
more money. It's "busywork" to pad our bank account.
To hell with innocent children. Go ahead and kidnap,
rape, torture and murder the little buggers for all
we care. Those kids are nothing but useless garbage.
4) Since "God" is nothing but a fairy tale for foolish
nitwits, the universe and everything in it happened
only by random chance. Humans are just animals like
any other animal, they just happen to have superior
intelligence over most other creatures--at least we
atheists do. Of course, religious kooks haven't any
real intelligence to speak of. They're all retarded
and deserve to be raped, sodomized and slowly stran-
gled to death. We love defending the filthiest scum-
bags in the world because that's where the money is.
5) The only laws that really matter in a courtroom are
those which our God-hating bar association agree to.
Remember that God, ethics, virtue, morality, or any-
thing that represents cleanliness and purity of God
has no place in a courtroom. We're there to get mur-
derers and rapists and child molesters off the hook.
That's how we make our living, by defending sadists,
by promoting sodomy, homosexuality and violent rape
of innocent victims. But of course, the victims are
never innocent. Only my clients are ALWAYS innocent.
6) Finally, if you'd like to become a truly successful
criminal defense attorney, then you better get with
the program and learn how to "play the game". Remem-
ber that money decides what law is or isn't. It has
NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with right and wrong, good
and bad. We're in it for the money it's that simple.

The purpose of the criminal defense lawyer is not to defend
criminials; it is to defend the innocent. Under the legal statute
(sp?) of the better part of the Western World, an individual is
innocent until proven guilty beyond any reasonable doubt. That the
legal system is so hideously complicated, that there are trials,
appeals, hung juries, technicalities, whatever, is not to protect
serial killers and rapists; it is to protect YOU and every other
innocent person out there from being imprisonned indiscriminately.
That means, everyone is entitled to a fair defense (except for
terrorists, nowadays)

A friend of mine is both a criminal defense lawyer, and a Christian. I
daresay, beyond that, he is a very devout and God-fearing man. I would
suspect that there are a lot of other Christian lawyers; probably
little less than any other profession. Much of our legal system is
actually based upon both Christian and Jewish beliefs, not only the
rules, but also the practice (if a brother has sinned and refuses to
acknowledge it, confront him, have two or three witnesses verify your
testimony, etc)

Would you rather that the police plant evidence against these
"criminals?" That a bloody knife could mysteriously appear in your
house, then you get put away for it for the rest of your life? That
someone who hates you claims you attacked them, and you get put away
for three years? Justice is a two-way street.

I don't agree with attacking the victim, though really, it isn't as
common as you make it out to be; there needs to be a level of evidence
available before pursuing that line of questioning. Strictly speaking,
EVERYONE is innocent until proven guilty, victims and perpertators
both.

Who decides what is right and wrong? You? Are you so wise as Solomon,
that you are able to deduce the guilty from the innocent? Ultimately,
all men will answer to God for their crimes, but in this world,
justice must be mandated to the guilty, and freedom to the innocent.
That's biblical, new and old testiments. Our laws are no different. I
feel that you have a very warped perception of justice. Might I
suggest you visit some parts of the world where Western justice is not
the standard, then ask yourself whether you would rather the "evil"
criminal justice lawyer, or no justice at all.
