Golden Guests appear only for those who earn reward points by
spreading the word. In the game, get to the options menu by clicking
the button with the little gear. There, copy a special link to the
game, and paste it everywhere you can. Anyone who first plays the game
from that link becomes your vassal for life-- the more they play, the
more reward points you earn.
Every week I add at least one GG, and plan to add more than one a week
now that I am at full tilt.
What makes a GG special? A lot of really fine photos, including a lot
of sexy ones. A tendency to have sexier shots everywhere on the
island, not just at the beach and cottage. And a special quality that
justs sets it a notch above, in my humble opinion. All our guests are
special of course, but GGs are really at the top of the heap.
When there are a lot of GGs to be had, it's a bit of a lucky dip as to
what GG you get. When you log in and the game realizes you have enough
reward points to earn a new GG, you have a kind of "golden ticket" at
the ready. When a new GG comes to the island who you have not seen
before, that ticket gets spent. Fortunately, the guest who shows up is
influenced by how you have rated other guests-- see this link for more

Eventually I'll have a special code you can add to the URL which
forces any particular guest to come to the island right away. That
will give you control over which GG you get. But for now it's moot as
there are only two of them, and it's pretty easy to get the 20 reward
points needed to get them both.
As with everything, ask questions here and I will be happy to answer
them!

Oh, I forgot to add. Soon there will be so many GGs that only the most
aggressive promoter will ever run out. But for the next few weeks,
it's quite possible that some of you will use up all the Golden Guests
I have on offer at the moment. If that happens, not to worry-- keep
earning those reward points because none of them will go to waste. The
game will say you *can* have another GG in your gallery, but if none
show up, your "golden ticket" will be valid next time a GG is added.
