Nor is sending a letter containing what Ken is claiming here and on his
listserv. His claim is that a letter was sent to another party (the
fictional new resident of his house) about him. At worst, the letter could
contain defamation, which would be civil, not criminal.
Unless the letter was soliciting the recipient's help in killing Ken or
