Hi,
you have to copy the swc file into the application server location and you can use dynamic loading of Automation support for Flex Application using Extra parameter in the url of the application. like https://test.flexapp.com/automationswfurl=MyApp.swf..

you can search in adobe blogs on how to download automation support for app, dynamically..

or you have to compile application with SWC file, then you no need to use extra param in  url to load automation support.
when you hit the URL, app is automation ready.

Kishor

"Copy the file sfapi.swc into the 'libs' folder of your Flex
application " How I can find a folder if I have only website front-
end? Could I do it automated by selenium or I need ask a developer to
find folder and then copy that file to it? Thank's a lot and happy New

    hi,

it has been a year since i used it. not sure i remember it in details. the sfapi.swc is the lib that you have to compile with your flex into .swf file, which inturn be embedded in the .html to run on the server. if you don't compile your flex app with that lib, then none of the flex elements be exposed to the outside world for the flexselenium to communicate. that is all i can tell. it is kinds of tricky.

    good luck,
    charlie
