Those who are compelled to publicly state that "hunger is a sign that
your body needs fuel" are far from being sane.

This simply shows that you suffer from the powerful delusion that
hunger is bad as predicted would happen to all those who neither know
nor love the truth, Who is LORD Jesus Christ (2 Thessalonians 2:9-11).

Clinically, those suffering from such delusions are mentally ill
stricken with irrational compulsions such as overeating, smoking
cigarettes, lying, cheating, and stealing instead of being right:
