Today is AUK's thirteenth birthday (at least it still is in the Western
Hemisphere), so we (tinw) shall celebrate as is our (tino) custom by
announcing the lucky winners of the 2006 Christmas presents for kooks.
Happy Birthday to us (tinu), and Merry Christmas to them (tint)!

The envelopes, please!

<music>drumroll!</music>

FR00TCAKE

The winner is...ANDREW CHUNG!

15 votes Andrew Chung
07 votes The Big-8 Management Board
04 votes Azure

Merry Christmas, Double-Doctor! Just for you, we (tinw) baked a fruitcake
that weighs two pounds, is low in fat and high in fiber, and has a low
glycemic index, so that it is heart-healthy and won't exacerbate Type II
diabetes. It should fit right in with your prescription diet that won you
the VVFWS Award. It's also soaked in rum to alleviate anxiety. You can't
say we (tinw) never thought of an appropriate gift for you. Just don't get
/too/ drunk, though; intemperance would make for a poor example.

BAG OF COAL

The winner is...PAMELA RUSSELL!

15 votes Pamela Russell
09 votes Andrew Chung
09 votes The Big-8 Management Board

Merry Christmas, Fangirlfriend! Because of your constant foul temper in
defense of your idol, you have now won this award three years in a row.
Perhaps it should be named in your honor.

There was also a special referendum.

Resolved, shall The Clueless Newbie of the Year Award be added to the AUK
New Years ballot beginning January 2007?

The result is...UNANIMOUS!

32 votes AYE
00 votes NAY

Thank all of you for voting. Now keep in mind which of the winners of (the
elections for) the Clueless Newbie of the Month award for the nearly
completed calendar year most deserve to be recognized for spectacular
cluelessness.

This concludes the results of the Christmas ballot. Thirty-three people
submitted ballots, all of which were deemed valid. While Fluffy missed the
litter box filler, this result made for a happy Vote Wrangler!

See you all early next...year. Oh, my.

Until then, Merry Christmas!

He's such a deserving winner - I'm glad he got it!

I'd definitely vote in favor of that!

Don't feel badly, though, Blooey. You had monster competition, in those
other two. Beating Chung for a usenet k00k award is a major
accomplishment for anyone -- Pambo is one of the few who can match him
very often -- so not beating him this time doesn't mean you don't have
what it takes to win many more awards.

"Consider that language a moment. 'Purposefully and materially
supported hostilities against the United States' is in the eye of the
beholder, and this administration has proven itself to be astonishingly
impatient with criticism of any kind. The broad powers given to Bush by
this legislation allow him to capture, indefinitely detain, and refuse a
hearing to any American citizen who speaks out against Iraq or any other
part of the so-called 'War on Terror.'

"If you write a letter to the editor attacking Bush, you could be
deemed as purposefully and materially supporting hostilities against the
United States. If you organize or join a public demonstration against
Iraq, or against the administration, the same designation could befall
you. One dark-comedy aspect of the legislation is that senators or House
members who publicly disagree with Bush, criticize him, or organize
investigations into his dealings could be placed under the same
designation. In effect, Congress just gave Bush the power to lock them
up." -- William Rivers Pitt

"It has become clear in recent months that a critical mass of the American
people have seen through the lies of the Bush administration; with the
president's polls at an historic low, growing resistance to the war Iraq,
and the Democrats likely to take back the Congress in mid-term elections,
the Bush administration is on the ropes. And so it is particularly
worrying that President Bush has seen fit, at this juncture to, in effect,
declare himself dictator." -- Frank Morales

No such thing as luck when everything the world would deem to be random
happens by GOD, Creator of heaven and earth (Proverbs 16:33)

And so the AUK netcabal.com web site continues to burn:

You're an idiot, Chunk.

And you are such a coward that you won't respond directly. Let me also
mention that your unrequited kooklove for me will always remain as
such.

But this was a half-decent acceptance speech for your latest kook
award, Chunk. But please try to make the next one a little longer.

Oh, I don't think Pinku -- or anyone else -- would argue that
you stumbled into this Kook Award by luck.

Those who do not believe in GOD, Creator of heaven and earth, believe
instead in luck.

You know, providing pointers to Chung.posts which contain pointers
to Chung.posts which contain ponters to Chung.posts ... instead
of simply posting a straightforward answer to a straightforward
question might make a less aimiable person than myself
suspect you're avoiding a question you're unable to answer.

Let's simplify. Here, fill in this handy blank:

The geographical location of the ongoing netcabcal.com
conflagration is as follows;

Actually, the latter link is not to a post authored by me.

Clearly you remain convicted by the Holy Spirit:

May GOD continue to heal our hearts with HIS living water curing our
depression, anxiety, or panic so that we can love our neighbors a
little more and LORD Jesus Christ a lot more, dear neighbor Cary whom I
love unconditionally.

Prayerfully in Christ's amazing love,

As for knowing who are the very elect, these you will know by the
unconditional love they have for everyone including their enemies
(Matthew 5:44-45, 1 Corinthians 13:3, James 2:14-17).

Burn in hell, Earthquack. If you had a job you could always get a credit

In my continued ever closer walk with Christ Jesus, HE keeps me
completely well.

No one can write the same for you and the demons that are being
tortured here:

http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/9ffa3b5a5670f08d?

http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/ce6c19dcd1162fcc?

http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/224f45ebb7963110?

It is easy to imagine and feel sad while imagining the pain in your
face every time someone wishes you a "Merry CHRISTmas ! "

This victory belongs to GOD, Whom I love with all my heart, soul, mind,
and strength:

http://HeartMDPhD.com/HolySpirit/fear.asp

Fear GOD and dread nothing (especially not demons) that is of this
world:

http://MabletonGA.OurLittle.net/DreadNought

Your consolation prize is eternal life if you choose to surrender to
HIM:

http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/fcb058da12bb3f3d?

May GOD continue to heal our hearts with HIS living water so that we

can love our neighbors a little more and LORD Jesus Christ a lot more,

dear neighbor Bill whom I love unconditionally.

Prayerfully in Christ's amazing love,

Andrew <><
