However, eating less food, down to the optimal amount thereby losing
the VAT does cure MetS and possibly even type-2 diabetes.

Absolutely, especially sugars and carbs.
Truthfully.

Wiser to make the reduction in food intake across the board rather
than singling out an essential macronutritient for reduction.
It is the world's great lie that compells folks to do the latter:

Andy is Evil
Are you saying that a person can eat up to two lbs of food a say, it
being mostly refined carbs and he will be healthy?
In the U.S and most of the western world sugars and starches. Maintaining
the same percentage ONLY results in yo yo dieting. (deadly)
Not for those who learn to "Be Hungry:"
http://HeartMDPhD.com/PressRelease
Be hungry... be healthy... be blessed.
You do realise, don't you, that in Andrew B Chung, you are dealing
with a well known whacko?
RESULTS
YO-YO
No-one learns to be hungry
BTW sugar or starches are NOT "an essential macronutrient".
History alone illustrates the negative effect of sugar on cardiac health.
ANYONE who has EVER studied cardiology and diet knows that as a basic.
Yep, read my response to him. He's fun as with many whackos.
No.
> No-one learns to be hungry
Incorrect.
Many have.
> BTW sugar or starches are NOT "an essential macronutrient".
Carbohydrates are an essential macronutrient along with protein and
fat.
> History alone illustrates the negative effect of sugar on cardiac health.
Did not write that sugar is an essential macronutrient.
> ANYONE who has EVER studied cardiology and diet knows that as a basic.
Those who believe they can survive on a zero-carb diet are certainly
welcome to ask either their doctor(s) or their dietician(s) whether
such a diet would be advisable.
It is unlikely you will ever find one that will agree with you.
Truth is simple.
May GOD bless you in HIS mighty way making you healthier (hungrier)
than ever.
Yes, in central Africa and inner cities.
Man you are simple.
>

Don't change the context. A healthy diet results in plenty of carbs with
adding carbs.

I said sugar and carbs. You made the comment regarding that statement oh
simple one.

No one said zero carb, liar.
It is a virtual impossibility anyway.

I work with a group of REAL doctors who agree with me. Four of them are
REAL cardiolgists, two are heads of medical practice at huge hospitals.

Then why do you go out of your way to lie through misrepresentation and
deception?

I am very seldom hungry and I am at what several REAL Doctors have staed as
a perfect weight for me.
AND God has blessed me beyond most people's comprehension.

Jesus doesn't (didn't) bear false witness.
Incorrect.
Starving people do not learn to be hungry because they are not hungry.

You are incoherent here.

Actually, you wrote sugars and starches, which are carbs.

You are untruthful.

Your being untruthful remains an observation.

A Crisco-shortening-only diet would be a zero carbohydrate diet.

Correct.
Neither does HIS brethren.
Yet you do:

Therefore you are not HIS brethren.

Almost all good foods contain carbs.
Without eating any breads or cerials or sugars or potatoes a good diet ends
up providing about 40% of calories in carbs.

Your idiotic logic and lies are credible reasons to know that you are fake.
All I have stated is balanced diet with restricted sugars and starches.
A balanced diet with ZERO sugars and starches ends up with about 40% carbs
and there is no need for further carbs. There is also no need to go hungry
or learn to go hungry.
Oh, even though he is not in my group, you should look up and study what Dr.
Sinatra has to say. If you don't know who he is, you are REALLY are out of
touch.

Discernment leads me to believe that you do not know and never have known
Christ, so quit with the jabber.
I am not an expert. But I know that we can eat animal products, "plants"
with animal starch and sugar (contained in plants). We can not eat starches
and cellulose. The natural source of energy should be fat, but it can be
substituted by the sugar. It is time do not use term "carbs" but sugar, raw
starch and cooked starch. Which of them have the negative effect?
S*
Now you are more coherent.
> Without eating any breads or cerials or sugars or potatoes a good diet ends

Glad to see that you are specifying that a diet has to include more
than a third of calories in the form of carbohydrates in order for it
to be considered good.
> DUUUHHHH
Now you are back to being less coherent.

GOD's purpose for me here remains to inform and not to either mislead
or pretend as you seem to be compelled to do.

Carbohydrates are automatically either simple sugars (either mono or
disaccharides) or starches (polysaccharides).
You would have known this had you not been a pretender.

One of us is untruthful.
Using logic, most folks should be able to easily figure out who is
untruthful by simply starting out by noting who is anonymous.

If it (carbs) isn't inherent in a food that contains many or at least a few
other nutrients such ac vitamins, minerals, fats, it's the "beginning" of a
bad diet. If one has a tendency for diabetes or overweight, it's a no-no.
Sugar is not a substitute for fats except as pure calories.
